We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead all aspects of our business. As a manager you will deliver a high-quality menu and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service. Restaurant manager responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need management skills and experience in both front and back of the house. We want you to know how to oversee the dining room, check-in with customers and balance seating capacity. We’ll expect you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dining experiences.
Management Responsibilities
Coordinate daily Front of the House restaurant operations
Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
Schedule, organize and supervise shifts
Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
Manage restaurant’s image and suggest ways to improve it
Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. special events and social media ads)
Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
Management Skills
Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role
Proven customer service experience as a manager
Extensive food and beverage knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
Familiarity with restaurant management software, like OpenTable and Toast POS
Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
Acute financial management skills
Degree in Business Administration; hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plus

We are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef to prepare a variety of desserts, pastries, bread and pasta making. Your skill in baking high quality items should be matched by your creativity to develop new amazing recipes and composed dishes. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in culinary arts with a passion for sweet and delicious creations. They must adhere to health and safety standards to provide clients with the best possible serving. The goal is to enhance customer satisfaction so that we can maintain and expand our clientele.
Pastry Chef Responsibilities
Prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread, pasta etc. following traditional and modern recipes
Create new and exciting desserts to renew our menus and engage the interest of customers
Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings etc. to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting
Monitor stocks for baking ingredients such as flour, sugar etc. and make appropriate orders within budget
Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking
Guide and motivate pastry assistants and bakers to work more efficiently
Identify staffing needs and help recruit and train personnel
Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards
Pastry Chef Skills
Proven experience as Pastry Chef, baker or relevant role
Great attention to detail and creativity
Organizing and leadership skills
Willingness to replenish professional knowledge
In depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation and baking techniques and nutrition
Working knowledge of baking with ingredient limitations (pastries that are gluten free, sugarless etc.)

We Are Looking For A Professional, High-Energy, And Experienced Bartender With Excellent Communication Skills Serve Classical Cocktails And Exciting New Beverages To Our Customers. This Role Will Be Responsible For Greeting Customers, Learning About Their Preferences, Answering Questions, Recommending Menu Items, And Preparing And Serving Beverages And Food. You Will Also Upsell Items, Create Recipes, Utilize Proper Equipment And Ingredients, And Handle Basic Cleaning Duties.

Servers Are Some Of The Most Visible Staff Members. Guests Will Spend More Time Interacting With Servers Than Any Other Front Of The House Employee. With A Positive Attitude, Servers Should Engage With Guests And Attend To Their Needs (Answering Questions, Making Recommendations, Taking Orders, Etc.) To Ensure The Best Experience Possible!
Servers Should Greet Guests After They Are Seated, Explain And Recommend Dishes, Take Orders For Food And Beverages And Then Serve Them, And Make Sure Guests' Needs Are Met Through Each Course. When Guests Are Finished Eating, Servers Bring Their Bills, Collect Payment, And Return Change, If Necessary. As With Any Other Position That Part Of The Front Of The House Team, Servers Must Be Comfortable With All Personality Types, From The Friendly To The Most Demanding, And Must Always Be Pleasant And Personable!
